Privacy Policy

What we collect. Running the Fundability Score or Credit Leverage Score on its own does not save anything. If you continue to /start we collect your name, business name, phone number, email and the answers you give about your revenue, credit and funding goal. If you open a free membership we also collect a password, stored as a secured hash rather than plain text, along with any score you save, any post or message you write in the community, and your progress through courses and tools.

Why we collect it. To score your funding readiness or credit optimization plan, to have our funding and credit team follow up about your free analysis call, and to run your membership: your plan, points, badges, courses and community activity. We never ask for a Social Security number, a bank login or a full account number through this site.

Who sees it. Donnell "Bo" Bobo and the funding and credit team at Bo Knows Funded, along with the service providers who help us run the site, including our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and, where enabled, our email delivery provider. Each is limited to using it to provide that service. We do not sell your personal information.

State privacy rights. If you live in a state that gives you rights over your personal information, such as the right to know what we hold, correct it, or delete it, you can exercise those rights by writing to bo@boknowsbusiness.com. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we will not treat you differently for asking. We respond within the time the law where you live allows, and within 45 days if no specific deadline applies.

Contact consent and texts. By submitting a form on this site you agree that Bo Knows Funded may contact you by phone, text or email about your request or your membership. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time.

Your choices. You can see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, including closing your membership, by writing to bo@boknowsbusiness.com.

Cookies. This site sets one cookie, and only after you sign in to your free membership, so we know you are signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Children. This site is built for business owners 18 and older. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes. If this policy changes, we will post the update here with a new date.
