The scores are estimates. The Fundability and Credit Leverage scores are built entirely from the answers you give us. They do not pull your credit report, run a hard inquiry, or represent any lender's or bureau's decision. They are not a quote, an offer of funding or credit repair services, or a guarantee of any result.

No advice. Nothing on this site is financial, tax or legal advice. Talk to a licensed professional, and to us on your free analysis call, before making a funding or credit decision.

Real terms come from the lender or bureau. Any actual loan, line of credit or change to your credit file is subject to the underwriting of the lender and the reporting rules of the credit bureaus, which control over anything shown here. We do not guarantee approval, a specific credit score increase, or the removal of any item from your credit report.

Membership and community. One free account per person. Keep your password to yourself and tell us right away if you think someone else has it. Be decent in the community: no abusive, false or spam posts. We may remove content, or an account, that breaks these terms.

Use of the site. Do not misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt or scrape it.

Liability. The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Bo Knows Funded is not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
